FACE COVERINGS REQUIRED

Face coverings will be required to access the Clubhouse and in all indoor spaces. Per Eagle County Public Health Orders, a Face Covering is a uniform piece of material or mask that securely covers a person's nose and mouth and remains affixed in place without the use of one's hands.
 
CLUB HOUSES AND OTHER FACILITIES WILL HAVE CAPACITY LIMITS
The Club will follow the capacity limits set by state and local COVID-19 guidelines.
 
MAINTAIN PHYSICALLY DISTANCING

Whenever possible, the Club will require physical distancing to take place between unrelated parties.
 
WHAT TO EXPECT THIS SUMMER

The guiding principle for the Club this summer in an ever-changing landscape is to provide members and guests the best experience in compliance with the State of Colorado COVID risk parameters and State Dial guidelines.  The Clubs tentative operating plans, scheduled activities, available amenities, and planned services can, will likely be adjusted, and are subject to change.
 
We are committed to providing regular updates to our members through this web page and will send periodic updates via email to alert you of our plans.  Please check back to the page often as it will contain the most up-to-date Club plans and information.

TOURNAMENTS

  • The Club is working through all of the details for how the tournament schedule will be executed, and all tournaments will be subject to State and County health guidelines. Due to the continually changing nature of public health guidelines, we are unable to confirm at this time if awards dinners for these larger events will be possible this summer. 
  • To reserve a spot in one of our three major events, The Member-Member, The Trailblazer, and The Juniper, please email Club Management ([email protected])
  • The Trailblazer will be limited to 72 teams and is currently fully subscribed, please email to be placed on the waiting list and the women's Juniper to 36 teams. 
 
GOLF & CLUB OPERATIONS

We are working through the myriad of operational items and will continue to provide updates over the coming weeks on the following operational items.   
  • Opening Dates - Our current plan will have the Fazio course on May 7th for members, and both the Fazio and Norman courses will be open on May 14th. These dates will be weather-dependent.
  • Tee Times - We anticipate moving back to 10-minute tee time intervals this season.  
  • Practice Areas - Both practice facilities will be open on May 7th. 
  • Golf Shop - We plan to open the Member Golf Shop on May 7th and the Guest Golf Shop on May 14th.  These opening days will coincide with the course openings. 
  • Golf Academy & Instruction - Golf Instruction will be available on May 7th.    Larry Rinker will be available for lessons beginning June 2nd. To schedule your lesson CLICK HERE.
  • Locker-Rooms - Based on current State and County health guidelines, we plan to open the Member Locker Rooms and Member Lounge with capacity restrictions.  
  • Guest Policy - All members may bring up to 7 guests and play the member course.  
  • Golf Services – We anticipate that services such as Bag Storage, Club Cleaning, Shoe Care, and Club Repair will be available for members and their guests
 
CLUBHOUSE

The Member Clubhouse will be open May 7th to members and their guests.  As we approach opening day, we will provide more details in regards to golf shop, locker rooms and dining room capacities in accordance to county and state guidelines.
  • Guests will be permitted to access the golf shop, main clubhouse and dining room.   Guest access to locker rooms will be determined in accordance to maximum allowed capacity to ensure that we are not displacing members.  
  • We anticipate offering Locker room services again this season.
 
RESTAURANTS / FOOD & BEVERAGE

SILVER SAGE Restaurant at the Member Clubhouse

BREAKFAST
 
  • Member Complimentary Breakfast will be available daily 30 minutes before the first tee time.   Silver Sage will offer a limited hot menu, in addition to the complimentary breakfast. In the shoulder seasons, when tee times start at 9:00 am or later due to seasonal weather, breakfast will start at 8:00 am.  
  • The Bellyache Grill at the Guest Clubhouse will be offering breakfast burritos daily starting 30 minutes before the first tee time daily, and prepackaged bakery grab and go breakfast items. 
LUNCH  
  • From May 7th through June 5th, Silver Sage restaurant in the Member Clubhouse will be offering an all-day limited menu from 8:00 am till 6:00 pm. Silver Sage will also offer Family Style take-out meals for the Members. 
  • From June 5th through September 30th, Silver Sage restaurant in the Member Clubhouse will be open for lunch from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. 
DINNER
  • From June 5th through September 30th, Silver Sage restaurant in the Member Clubhouse will be open for dinner from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.  Silver Sage will also offer Family Style take-out meals for the Members. 
 
OVER THE HILL GRILL and BELLYACHE GRILL - (Halfway houses)
  • Halfway houses will be open on May 14th.  We will be offering a fixed menu with hot items available.  Complimentary member items will be available.
 
SUMMER THYME Restaurant at the Guest Clubhouse
  • From May 14th through October 10th, the Summer Thyme Restaurant at the Guest Clubhouse will be open for dining service from 11:00 am till 5:00 pm with table service. Summer Thyme will remain open from  5:00 pm till 6:00 pm daily, and there will only be a bartender with a limited bar, grab and go menu for this last hour.
 
TOURNAMENTS
  • We are looking forward to the return of our Red Sky tournaments.  The Red Sky management team and Culinary team are currently working on the details surrounding our featured Red Sky tournaments' culinary offerings.
*Currently at this time we are not anticipating any bar seating in our restaurants

ACTIVITIES
We are hopeful to provide a full calendar of member actives and will finalize these plans in the coming weeks.

SOCIAL EVENTS
While we are hopeful that some limited social events can come back this summer, the Club will follow the State and County health guidelines for social gathering and require physical distancing.  This will make implementing social events challenging this summer. 

The Club will continue to monitor the State and County health guidelines and update members on plans for these events later in April or May.
 
ADDITIONAL CLUB AMENITIES

TENNIS 
The Red Sky tennis courts are scheduled to open on May 14.  This summer we will be following USTA   guidelines for COVID-19.  We will be requiring members to make reservations for court time.  Members may bring guests.  Initially guests will be restricted to family members, extended family members and Eagle county residents.  All guests must be accompanied by the member.

POOL
The Red Sky Pool is scheduled to open on May 28. Currently we will require members to make reservations to maintain county/state capacity limits of the pool area. We will provide more details surrounding reservations and guest policies as get closer to opening day.
 
GOLF ACADEMY & FITNESS CENTER
We anticipate opening the fitness center and academy on May 7th to members and their families. In the coming weeks we will provide information detailing county/state capacity limits, facility use expectations and protocols.

 
COVID-19
Exposure to COVID-19 is an inherent risk in any public location where people are present.  The Club has implemented protocols to prioritize member and guest health and safety, but we cannot guarantee you will not be exposed to COVID-19 during your visit.  The risk of being exposed or becoming sick due to COVID-19 cannot be eliminated.  Every member and their guests share the responsibility for a safe and healthy experience at the Club.  It is your responsibility to read and comply with all instructions and signage posted at the resort and on the Club and resort's website.  Stay home if you are sick or experiencing symptoms of COVID-19.  Wear a face covering in designated areas and maintain at least 6 feet physical distancing from other guests. Wash and sanitize your hands frequently.
